Bankia has been ordered to pay €40,593.66, plus 6% interest and costs, to a former Sevilla F.C. player represented by Bufete Salmerón.

The former football player had bought a new off-plan property in the urbanisation “El Mirador de Serrano” in El Garrobo (Seville). The construction of his home was halted, and the developer did not deliver it within the deadlines established in the contract.

The client of Bufete Salmerón, who did not have an individual bank guarantee issued by Bankia, has obtained this judgement within six months of filing the claim.
