Under the headline “A new threat to banks: buyers of houses that were never delivered” the digital version of the newspaper El País publishes a Fernando Salmerón opinion piece in which he expresses his views regarding the situation faced by off-plan property buyers, who have not received either their property or had their money returned.
According to Fernando Salmerón, “the refund of the sums prepaid by thousands of buyers now demanding justice could amounts to millions of euros”. In fact, only in the last year, Bufete Salmerón has won refunds of 5 million euros for its clients from banks and financial entities and has been successful in every single legal case.
