A new success for our firm. We managed to get Bankia to return more than €40,500 to Francisco Leal, former Sevilla F.C. player and assistant coach of the team. The sportsman did not have a bank guarantee for a new home, which he bought off-plan in the “El Mirador de Serrano” urbanisation in El Garrobo (Seville), which was left unfinished, and the developer did not deliver it within the deadlines established in the contract.
